Hi, I’m Mahmoud Rasmi.
I run an independent practice giving philosophy workshops, and acting as a thinking partner to leaders seeking to explore different perspectives and to make decisions that involve competing values.
My work sits at the intersection of theory and practice, focused on asking better questions, navigating uncertainty, and applying normative ethics. What my clients appreciate most is my use of the Socratic method to break complex problems into manageable pieces and translate abstract concepts into actionable frameworks.
I wrote a book titled Philosophy for Business Leaders: Asking Questions, Navigating Uncertainty, and the Quest for Meaning. I hold a PhD in philosophy.
What I do
Together, we can explore situations where the answers aren’t obvious.
This includes:
- Decision-making when values conflict
- Ethical questions in leadership and business
- Strategic thinking that accounts for multiple perspectives
- Cross-cultural situations where different values intersect
Sometimes that means rethinking direction. Sometimes it’s working through a complex decision. Sometimes it’s developing better ways to reason through questions. Sometimes it’s creating space to think.
